In a remote corner of a secluded, car-free island just off Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi you’ll find Nurai. In true James Bond style, the villas are only accessible via private yacht (which is 25 minutes from the mainland), speedboat (five minutes) or helicopter (15 minutes from Abu Dhabi airport).
A slowdown in demand has meant the project has been scaled down and prices have been reduced, which means you can save a few millions in your purchase – the watervillas will set you back Dh25million, while a Beachfront estate costs a cool Dh50million. The project is due to be finished by December 2011.
